I offer insightful speaking engagements focused on navigating the Equality Act, particularly for litigants in person who seek to hold large organizations accountable for failing to make reasonable adjustments. Drawing from my lived experience, I am an academic and published author in peer-reviewed journals. My presentations address the persistent issue of unintentional discrimination in the UK and provide valuable guidance on how incorporating the perspectives of those with lived experience can significantly enhance research, policy development, and practical applications.
